Advanced
For moderately fit individuals who want to increase their muscular endurance as well as
challenge their cardiovascular system. Cardio is alternated with strength training.
Total Body ConditioningIntermediate to
Advanced
This class uses weights, bands, and balls for strength training in combination with cardio intervals to increase your muscular fitness and endurance.
